There are many exercises that actually work and are of great help. Here are the comfortable stretches that you can do regularly.

1 – Supine Hamstring Stretch Works Well!

In this exercise, you have to lay your back, then bend your right knee into your chest and place your strap or use a rolled-up towel all around the ball of your foot. Just strengthen your leg toward the ceiling. Pressing out through both the heels is the next step. Just in case, if the lower back feels strained, then you have to bend the left knee and place the foot on the ground. Hold this position for 3-5 minutes. And continue repeating this exercise for 3-5 minutes.

2 – The Two-Knee Twist is Very Helpful!

Just lie on your back and bend your knees into your chest. Then bring your arms out. Just as you exhale lower knees to ground on the right, you feel better. Then keep both the shoulders by pressing them firmly. If in this case, the left shoulder lifts, then lower your knees further away from the right arm. Repeat this procedure for next 4-5 minutes. It is very helpful.

3 – Sphinx Has Got so Many Advantages!

Lying on your stomach and then propping yourself up on your forearms is the very first step to do this exercise. Then align your elbows directly under your shoulders. You have to press firmly through your palms and the tops of your feet. Simply press your pubic bone forward. You get to feel the sensations in your lower back, so just breathe through it. In this case, you are allowing the blood to flow into the lower back for healing. Do this exercise for 5-6 minutes.

4 – Pigeon Exercise is Very Helpful:

This is simply an exercise wherein you have to bring your right knee behind your right wrist with the lower leg at a diagonal towards your left hip. Then you have to square off your hips toward the ground. After this, bend forward. You have to then widen the elbows and place one hand on the top of the other as a pillow for your forehead. Do this exercise continuously for 5-6 minutes.

5 – Threading of the Needle is Suitable:

Just lie on your back, and then bend both the knees with the feet flat on the ground. After this bend, your right knee like a figure four with your outer left ankle to the right thigh. Then lift the foot into the air by bringing the left calf parallel to the ground. After this, thread your right hand between the openings of the legs and interlace your hands behind your left thigh. Do go on repeating this step on the other side.
